Our company started as Building Engineering Company. We provided energy ratings and general engineering services to the construction and energy industry. Later we became a RESNET Certified rating provider (under Building Energy Rating System).
With the addition of EnergySMAC, our business structure shifted from a rating company to a provider and Software as a Service (SaaS) Provider. We provide rapid and responsive support to our raters and software customers to support their needs and schedules.
EnergySMAC is a product that has been a long time in the making. The dream was a complete paperless path to energy ratings to streamline the process, reduce data entry errors and save overall time in inspections and tests. That started us on the path to build EnergySMAC.
